A couple of thoughts here:
1) Her pose, her face and the "too obvious to mention" are all so nice that I mentally picture how may this picture might look in digital version, and how I'd probably see it at Danbooru, Gelbooru, or some of the other "boorus". Yet, it doesn't need CG, looks really good the way it is, but the "looking to the sky" thing seems to be common in those other pics.
2) Mnn what does she has in her hand? Cigarette, chalk, candy?
