History:

Early in the year 2016, a crazed cult of Apocalypse worshippers had tried to summon their “God of Destruction” (who happens to resemble King Ghidorah… ); Of course, NIGHTjUNK was sent to solve this problem, but when they came too late, a rift was opened in between this reality and another.

Luckily, it wasn’t that of the “Destruction God’s”, but that of the “Yggdrassil”, a colossal tree omitting life. When NIGHTjUNK was successful on closing the rift, what they didn’t know is that something (or things) managed to get out in the forms of “souls”. Now they roam this world unnoticed until they find their proper form.

One of them managed to got in one of the inventions of one of NIGHTjUNK’s youngest members, a young inventor-engineer prodigy named Yori Wakaba. Yori remembers this invention as one of her “failed scraps”, she stuffed this old piece of equipment in her catalog and vows not to speak of it again, but what she didn’t knew is that sometimes, even the lifeless objects like her inventions felt sadness, a lonely shell longing for use.

When the Yggdrassil soul merged with an old armor, codenamed “J.I.N.R.A.” (Japanese Innovative Neutron Resistant Armor), all the negative energy collected by that armor’s spirit managed to give it function, as well as LIFE! As night came, the armor attacks all the members of NIGHTjUNK, but fails to kill any. When the team decided to fight back, Jinra managed to put up a fight, as it appears the Yggdrassil soul gave him the ability to repair himself. Yori then recognized this monster as her old inventions; she suddenly saw its rage when the armor went head to head with her. But the armor was hesitant on destroying her, seeing her as its “master” and that feeling of loyalty still lingers. As Yori and Jinra went on a standstill, the rest of the team used this chance to stun the machine.

Instead of destroying him, Yori pleaded for the others to spare him, for she knew she was to blame for the armor’s spree. The team agrees, so long as she is capable of solving it by herself. When Jinra regain consciousness, Yori apologizes to the armor and fixes him, promising to the machine that she will consider him as well as the other failed inventions that she made, as important as her recent ones. Jinra forgives her and sworn loyalty to her.

Jinra is now an official member of the Team, becoming sort of Yori’s friend, right hand man as well as ally.

Skills/abilities:
~ Machine gun at both arms
~ Skilled swordsmanship
~ self-repair capabilities (even if he’s down to scraps)
~ Strength of ten men
~ Armor has a level of impenetrability and heat resistance over 40,000 degrees.
~ Yori can sometimes her him as an armor, but this sometimes gives her a bit of a problem since the armor sometimes had its moments of moving by itself (sometimes against her will)
~ After repairs, Jinra later can speak through a special “voice box” Yori made just for him.
