History:

Erika Shiragami is a 14 yr old girl who is born a mutant due to belonging to a line of Hiroshima bombing witnesses and has an uncontrollable rage for Godzilla, him being responsible of her parent’s death in 2008. Her latent mutant ability is that she can absorb a sample tissue from any other organism and turns it into a part of her. This is of course a secret to everybody even to her. Being an orphaned girl, he only source of happiness is that from her own boyfriend, who also the only boy looking after her. Due to her weak physique, she is a target among bullies even to the point of harrassing her. But this all changes in 2014.

In 2014, a giant plant kaiju, Batarjal returns to wreck havoc and unleashed an army of tree-like creatures called “Triffids”. Erika is a witness to the attack and somehow absorbed a Triffid tissue during the fray. She was found under a pile of rubbles and put into care.

The next thing she knew, she was in a hospital, with her boyfriend sleeping at her feet. The next few weeks, her other condition (she has split personality) slowly took over her. Triggered by heavy emotions, her “Biollante” side awakens and mutates her body in each trigger. Soon, after murdering most of her bullies, she was hunted down by the Tokyo Police Department and shot dead in the head after finding her in a dock and saw her horrible mutations. Unluckily for them, she fell into the ocean thus changing her even more as her Triffid particle of her body rooted themselves into Japan’s coast and feed on water and light. Soon, after a few days, a full Biollante breaks through Tokyo and unleashed her fury.

Her presence caught Godzilla’s attention and both titans engage in battle. The rouge Defense team !NIGHTjUNK! aided Godzilla by going inside Biollante as they found out that Erika is inside the monster and controlling it. The struggle inside Biollante was long fought as well as the fight between Godzilla and Biollante herself as the other side of her soul proves to be the one in control.

Soon, the cries of Erika’s lover awakened the true dormant Erika, and pleaded the team to stop her. The team managed to tear her free from the monster, thus leaving the beast itself vulnerable against Godzilla. Both battles are won as the king of the monsters destroys the plant and the team escapes with Erika’s comatose body (plus heavily injured since the vines where going in and out of her body and had torn off a massive amount of flesh when they free her).

Up to now, her body is in surveillance by the EDF, hoping to find Erika's secrets and whether she is going to wake up and leave her rage behind.

Powers and abilities:
~Able to shoot a radioactive sap spray from its mouth; ~choking vines that can spit a radioactive sap spray; ~mouth inlined with teeth; spear like tendrils;
~super regenerative power;
~able to change into glowing spores to travel in the sky or space;
~spores interfere with electronic transmissions

(Note: Though Biollante undergoes two stages, unlike the Toho original, she never turned into a mutant rose, rather she was a mutant girl who mutates further after absorbing a kaiju sample. Her father although a scientist, was never responsible for her changes.)
